Full Record

From the Full Record page, you can use the Toolbar to refine your original search, open a context-sensitive Help page and consult general information about the UKOP Online.

You can access the Full Record for an entry in one of two ways from the Summary of Matches page:

• By selecting the relevant hyperlink. In this case, Next and Previous Record icons are offered within the Full Record. Clicking on one of these icons takes you to the Full Record for the next or pervious entry in the Summary of Matrches.
• By selecting multiple entries in the Summary of Matches using the checkboxes and clicking Selected Records(s).

The Full Record page contains detailed text of all the records retrieved by your search and selected via the Summary of Matches.

Where available, each entry in the Full Record contains the following information:

• Publication Year
• Issuing Body
• Title
• Title Part
• Uniform Title
• Series Reference
• Edition
• Numeric etc. desig. (e.g. periodical release information)
• Data (cartographic) (e.g. map scales)
• Personal Author
• Publication etc.
• Physical Description
• Price
• ISBN
• ISSN
• UDC Number (Universal Decimal Classification Number)
• DDC Number (Dewey Decimal Classification Number)
• Publication Type
• Country of Publication
• Language
• Availability
• Notes
• Microfiche
• Ordering Information
• Personal Author AE (Personal Author Added Entry)
• Issuing Body AE (Issuing Body Added Entry)
• Series Title AE (Series Title Added Entry)
• Issuing Body ref. (Corporate name reference)
• Subject Index Terms

In addition, if the search executed was a Keyword search, the hit icon will precede each instance of the word in the Full Record. To access ordering information and addresses for hard copy and microfiche publishers, click on the Ordering Information icon .
