Email Alerting
UKOP’s weekly email alerting service enables you to receive updates by email in 31 different official publication subject areas.

How do I register to receive weekly email alerts?
- Click on the Members tab at the top of the page;
- Click on the Register for updates link;
- You will be required to log in using your My UKOP username and password. To find out how to create a My UKOP profile, please click here;
- Enter your username and password and click Submit;
- On the Register for Updates page choose the subject areas you are interested in by clicking the relevant check boxes, and click Submit at the bottom of the screen.
What will I receive in my weekly email?
Each week you will receive an email listing new records in your chosen subject areas. If you receive your email within an institution that subscribes to UKOP, you will be able to click on a link to go directly to the record.
How do I stop receiving weekly email alerts?
- Click on the Members tab at the top of the page;
- Click on the Register for updates link;
- You will be required to log in using your My UKOP username and password. To find out how to create a My UKOP profile, please click here;
- Enter your username and password and click Submit;
- On the Register for Updates page, any subjects that you have previously chosen for alerts will be displayed with a tick in the corresponding check box. Click once in a selected check box to de-select it.
- Click Submit at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
